Fabrication is underway on Akron Makerspace’s Second entry to the Power Wheels Racing Series!
This is our next group build night held on Saturday June 9th, 2018 from 2pm-7pm. Stop by and lend a hand while learning to build a sub $500 pint sized electric racing machine.
For those not in the know, PRS is a racing series that takes place at maker faires across the country. Entries drive home modified power wheels electric vehicles in a guts and glory race to the finish. A second winner will be crowned after every race based on that teams style or “moxie” points. Crashes, costumes, and crowd voting accumulate to name this other victor.
